Deep Dive into proposed bylaws – Jan 18

The Ad Hoc Committee on How We Do Business will present a “deep dive” into the proposed new bylaws for NYM on Saturday Jan. 18th from 10:00-11:30am.

You can find the high level overview presented at Fall Interim Session on the Sessions site, Reports and Documents page. The deep dive will elaborate on this overview and also walk-through the proposed changes to see how we are proposing to address the problems identified with the 1995 bylaws. We hope to use this session to make any necessary modifications in advance of bringing the bylaws for initial review at Spring Interim Session.,
